More Than 20,000 Ads Are Removed, and thousands Accounts Are Also Suspended, Why?

Fishing ads refer to those invalid ads, most are posted by property agents, tuition agencies. They use these invalid or expired ads as a bait to "fish" customers. Please take note that an agent posts ad of general agent services, like "looking for units in all area" is not a fishing ad. Only those ads with fraudulent product information are considered as fishing ads, for example, an agent may post an ad with a very attractive flat and price, but when interested customers or other agents call him, he tells them this unit is sold, or "not for cobroke".

eFair has set a maximum limit of 300 ads for general users, and Property and tuition agents are allowed to post max. 30 ads. Any ads above 30 will be deleted by administrator. Multiple listings consolidated into 1 ad are not allowed. Even the ads are less than 30, if there is any complaint of the invalid ads, all the listings may be deleted.

All agent are advised only post ads for his own first hand units. for "Already co-broke" units, each agent allowed to post 25 units, and must indicate it in the ad, so that other agents will not waste their time to call you.

Each user should only register One account, our system will detect single user register multiple accounts, all these accounts will be suspended. For reinstatement of account, the first time offender may request for the waiver, and second time offender will be charged S$20, third time S$50, so on so forth.

All genuine ads are always welcome, any invalid ads for fishing purpose will be deleted, the advertiser's account maybe suspended.
