I see quite a number of interests in my furniture and thought I will post most asked questions.
How can I be sure you won’t run away with the deposit?
For a few million dollars, I might :) As you can see, I am transparent by giving my bank account details and home address.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we are an online shop thus the prices are low. .
How can we be sure the product will look exactly like the photo?
No two pieces are identical twins, yet the design and color will not defer much.
What’s the history of Paris Home Collection?
We have come this far, 40 years manufacturing mahogany wood furniture and distributing to mainly Europe.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit is required for all orders above 03 pieces, upon arrival and checking, the balance payment will be made.
Are Singaporeans open to the idea of online shopping?
In Europe, online shopping is a norm. We are still skeptical, and I totaling understand. Nevertheless we are catching up, if online blog shops can strive with clothes, branded bags, vitamins and beauty packages, why not furniture? Just because nobody has done it, does not mean it will not work :)
Benefits of online shopping
The greatest reason is the pricing, quality furniture that does not burn a hole. You are also able to change the size, colour and fabric.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We normally charge 20% above the price of the product for shipping, however some months are free if we have extra container coming in.
How long does it take for my beauties to arrive?
Depends, I have regular shipping coming every 2nd & 4th week of the month. Submission or orders should be done 60 days before goods arrival.
Do you do delivery and installation?
Unfortunately I do not do installation and it’s the customer’s ownership to make sure the furniture fits into their lifts and main door. For delivery, I can arrange with additional charge
Any other advises for customers?
Try not to change the outlook of the piece from the photo if the piece do not turn out the way you want it, you will have no photo sample to verify.
A simple altered measurement is all right. Buying furniture is supposed to be a fun thing; you must love the furniture, as you will see it everyday. Thus, if you are not comfortable in online shopping, please do not buy, you should enjoy the process.
